FAQ’s

Delivery costs are not included in the rental rate and will be added as a separate charge when the quotation is prepared. Customers may also arrange their own transportation, which should be confirmed upon accepting the quotation.

The setup of equipment is not included in the quotation; however, every effort will be made to deliver the equipment, cutlery, and other items to a convenient location

Refunds for deposits will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Cash deposits will be refunded in cash, while EFT payments will be refunded via EFT
